All indications are that Dalton and McCarron got along swimmingly in Cincy, with the latter serving as one of Dalton's biggest cheerleaders. This move, then, wouldn't be to acquire a Dalton replacement as much as a Dalton confidant -- a veteran backup who knows Dalton well, who can pick up on the Cowboys' offense from his old mentor, and then start if absolutely needed, at least Lance McCullers Jersey giving Dallas in a wide-open fight for the division.
